• Design/propose changes to achieve your final dream property (inhouse)

• Assure building permits for changes (inhouse)

• Procurement process for contractors

• Supervision of construction process

Services offered:

1. Live in your summer-residence as much as you need and lets manage the rest for rental (both if you buy a property in our portfolio or if you have your own well-designed property in the Attica region)

2. Co-invest with use in the project phase if you can bring in

   2. 2. Affordable process (e.g. for local contractores or notaries etc.)

   3. 3. Cheap financing (you put in your share + 200% in debt financing at the ECB yearly interest rate
